Arcova likely to make next acquisition in 2026 – CEO
Arcova, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based cybersecurity and AI consulting firm, “is more likely than not” to make its next acquisition this year, CEO Keith Hollender said.
The company, previously called MorganFranklin Cyber, would acquire players in consulting and services with expertise in cloud security, data and artificial intelligence, among others, the CEO said at RSAC 2026 Conference in San Francisco last week.
Arcova looks directly for acquisition candidates and has contacts with bankers but has not granted a mandate in the US, he said. In November 2025 Arcova acquired Lynx Technology Partners.
The company, which rebranded in March, is growing its undisclosed revenues at a low double-digit rate, the CEO said.
Arcova is profitable and does not need to raise funds to grow organically, Hollender said. If it needs capital to finance a potential deal, the CEO believes its existing investor will support the business. The company is backed by private equity firm M|C Partners since January 2025.
While the US remains its primary market, Arcova is looking to grow in the Middle East, Hollender said. He explained that the company is in talks with local players with the objective to partner or set up joint ventures. In an interview with this news service in November, the CEO talked about the option to acquire in the Middle East.
It has most traction in Saudi Arabia, but it looks at other countries such as Qatar, the CEO said. Attractive partners include companies connected with local governments and focused on multiple sectors, he added. He noted that in the Middle East Arcova works with a local undisclosed consultant.
The CEO acknowledged there are some delays due the current macro situation in the region and said the company remains committed to its growth plan in the region. Ideally the revenues from the Middle East should ramp up to 10% to 15% of total revenues in 18 months, he added.
To grow organically the company is working to expand its client relationships and selling them more services, for example adding AI services to identity services, he explained. Its competitors include the big four consulting companies, and Accenture, he said.
