Kyruus Health taps Morgan Stanley to explore a sale

Kyruus Health, a venture capital-backed healthcare information technology (HCIT) company, has retained Morgan Stanley to explore a sale, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
Boston-based Kyruus has USD 125m in revenue with 30% annual growth, according to the sources. Its EBITDA margin is less than 5%, noted the sources.
Led by co-founder and CEO Graham Gardner, Kyruus is a patient care access platform that helps to connect patients to the right healthcare, according to its website.
Kyruus raised USD 30m in 2020 from Fransisco Partners and USD 42m in Series D funding at the end of 2019, according to a company press release.
