- Syndicated and club-loan volumes in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) decreased by 16.73% YoY in 2022 to USD 377.176bn through 806 transactions, compared with USD 452.937bn via 1022 deals closed in 2021.
- King & Wood Mallesons claimed the top ranking for the Borrower’s Legal Counsel League Table followed by Allens and Herbert Smith Freehills.
- Baker McKenzie claimed the top ranking for the Lead Bank’s Legal Counsel League Table followed by Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy.
