Two managing directors depart OMERS Infrastructure
OMERS Infrastructure Managing Director Tom Frazier left the Canadian pension firm in July, two sources familiar with situation told Infralogic.
Fellow Managing Director Nandit Gandhi left OMERS Infrastructure at around the same time, one of the sources added. Frazier joined OMERS in February 2019, while Gandhi had been with the company since October 2021.
OMERS declined to comment. Frazier and Gandhi did not respond to messages seeking comment.
Prior to joining OMERS, Frazier spent roughly 12 years at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), joining the firm in 2006 following a stint at Lehman Brothers. Gandhi was a managing director and co-head of portfolio operations for private equity firm J.F. Lehman before moving to OMERS.
Both Frazier and Gandhi were based in New York.

The same month, OMERS promoted Jenine Krause to senior managing director, portfolio management and operations.
In January, OMERS Infrastructure appointed Peter Gray senior managing director, head of Americas.
