Largest announced PE deal: The acquisition of a 20% stake in Fullerton Healthcare Corp Ltd, a Singapore-based holding company engaged in healthcare services, by Far East Drug (BVI) Co Ltd from RRJ Management. The reported valuation is around USD 1.1bn.

Most active target sector by volume: Of the 10 deals (five with undisclosed value) announced in April with a total value of USD 1.425bn, five came from the medical/healthcare sector.
