Northstar Aerospace, a Wynnchurch Capital-backed aircraft parts maker, is exploring a sale through financial advisor Lincoln International, three sources familiar with the matter said.

The Bedford Park, Illinois-based company generates around USD 30m in EBITDA, the three sources said. Books have been distributed to prospective buyers, they added.
