Nexus IT, a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, aims to close two to three deals before the end of this year, founder and CEO Earl Foote said.

The Salt Lake City-based company is in talks with acquisition candidates, and some talks are at advanced stages, Foote said. Diatonic Healthcare is assisting the business in its M&A strategy, he said.
