By Light Professional IT Services, a Sagewind Capital-backed government services company, is getting ready to explore a sale through JPMorgan, said three sources familiar with the matter.

The McLean, Virginia-based company is expected to receive interest from private equity firms and strategics, two of the sources said.

This news service reported in January 2021 that By Light explored a sale but a deal did not come to fruition due to price expectations. By Light acquired military training technology company Raydon Corporation in 2020 and Veraxx Engineering in 2022 for undisclosed amounts.
