Leslie’s has reshuffled its legal counsel, switching to Simpson Thacher from Kirkland & Ellis as it continues to explore options to right‑size its capital structure, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

The change comes shortly after star lawyer David Nemecek, specializing in liability management transactions, left Kirkland & Ellis to join Simpson Thacher last month, the sources added.
