Exactech filed an objection opposing an emergency motion by the unsecured creditors committee (UCC) seeking to re-distribute solicitation packages and extend the voting deadline to 30 May.

In the objection, filed yesterday (6 May) in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Exactech said it followed all court-approved procedures and called the committee’s claims both inaccurate and unnecessary.
