Paper and pulp producer Domtar has tapped Moelis to help the company explore financing options, said two sources familiar with the matter.

The engagement comes as the South Carolina-based company has been struggling with persistent negative free cash flow amid ongoing declines in demand for paper and newsprint, elevated capex investment and required pension contributions.
