Eegee’s LLC, a chain of fast-casual sandwich restaurants in Arizona, has filed for bankruptcy to pursue a sale of its assets after failing to find a buyer during a prepetition marketing process.
The company filed its Chapter 11 petition on Friday (6 December) in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. Eegee’s filed a debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing motion outlining a USD 4.5m DIP facility from prepetition lender Gladstone Capital Corporation.
