A group of lenders to American Rock Salt are in talks to bring on a financial advisor amid the borrower’s deteriorating liquidity, according to two sources familiar with the situation. The expected engagement complements lenders’ earlier retention of Ropes & Gray as legal counsel, said one of the sources and an additional source familiar.
