Ambipar bondholders select Houlihan Lokey as financial advisor

Ambipar bondholders have selected Houlihan Lokey as financial advisor, according to three sources close to, and a source familiar with the matter.

The group previously selected Davis Polk and Padis Mattar Advogados as legal advisors.
